The first four proposed strategic plans of the PBLF

The first nine years (proposed) of our works are mapped out below. There are three strategic plans, each plan covers three years. In the first plan we will make three feature films. In the next plan, we will be making two films per year, and in the third year, four films. After that, you can see the outline of the kind of films that we we will be making in the next plan.

Obviously, finance for these films will not be raised immediately upon our charity's inception. Thus, certainly the first, and probably the second feature will be made on a volunteer / 'nano-budget' basis. This, of course, has the advantage that at least one feature will be made each year, regardless. We intend to move from nano-budget, however, through micro level, to 'Low-budget' level. We do not see ourselves as making these features in the medium to high budget ranges, unless urgently induced to do so, by demand.
